Maya Vasileva comes with strong background ex-London City in asset management, corporate finance, M&A, and capital markets, gained through her work in London (Bear Stearns, Standard Bank) and CEE. She played a key role in major financial processes, including the DSK Bank transaction under J.P. Morgan’s leadership, and has worked on syndicated loans, quasi-sovereign debt issues, and strategic banking mandates. Her expertise includes due diligence coordination, investor relations, valuation, market research, and debt and equity transactions. Maya has also contributed to major energy sector projects, such as the Energo-Pro €130 million bond, Stirom S.A., Energy Holding’s €1.05 billion eurobond issuances, etc. She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Exeter.
Peter Krastev is an experienced senior financial professional with extensive expertise in AM/IB, brokerage, corporate advisory, and capital markets across the Central and Eastern Europe. His main areas of experience include financial advisory for corporates, providing strategic support for their funding requirements, and trading as a securities broker on the Bulgarian and Romanian Stock Exchanges (IPO Partner role). He has been involved in high-profile corporate advisory projects, including the NPP Belene project, a EUR 7bn transaction led by HSBC.
He is a certified securities broker on the Romanian and Bulgarian Stock Exchanges, certified Agent by the Romanian Central Depositary.

Gavin Ryan has over 30 years of experience as an emerging markets private equity and infrastructure fund manager and investment expert across Europe, Africa, and the MidEast. He has managed major funds, including CEE AG, a €2.5bn RES asset manager, George Soros $200m European PE Fund, and Advent International’s $30m country fund. Gavin advises PE funds and LPs across EMEA, focusing on enhancing GP operations, serves as a Non-Executive Director, and has held board positions in several companies and banks. Dejan Tesic, PhD has over 25 years of experience in commercial/investment banking, ITC/fintech technologies. He has held top executive positions in leading Serbian banks including Komercijalna Banka, Banca Intesa, AIK Banka and Piraeus Bank He also served as a Board Member of MasterCard CEE. Dejan has extensive experience in banking sector restructuring across the region, leading several acquisitions and post-acquisition transformation processes. His track record includes numerous corporate and project finance transactions. Active in the local capital market, he was also member of the governance bodies of Intesa Eurizon and Kombank Invest funds. Dejan holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a PhD in Managerial Economics from the University of Belgrade. He also brings hands-on experience in M&A within the renewables sector and company operations management.
