Milan Mekić joined BAC Western Balkans as a partner in 2017. Prior to his BAC engagement, he worked as Executive Director of Telekom Serbia, Member of the Management Board of mts Bank, Senior Vice President of Economics Institute, Deputy Director of Serbia Privatization Agency and CFO of one of the biggest regional construction company. As a project director he was responsible for many restructuring, turnaround and M&A project in region, including two banks, Vojvodjanska and Novosadska, as well as privatization of big industrial complexes IHP Prahovo, Livnica Kikinda, Sever Subotica, etc. He also was involved in many comprehensive restructuring projects, including car producer Zastava Group, as well as in BAC on Gorenje shuldshein issue in 2018.

Dejan Tesic, PhD has over 25 years of experience in commercial/investment banking, ICT/fintech technologies. He held top Senior level executive positions in leading Serbian banks including Komercijalna Banka, Banca Intesa, AIK Banka and Piraeus Bank, served as a MasterCard Central and Eastern Europe Board Member. Dejan also has extensive banking sector restructuring in the region, being involved in several acquisitions and post-acquisition transformation processes. He was involved in numerous corporate and project finance transactions, and was active in local capital market being a member of the governance bodies of Intesa Eurizon and Kombank Invest funds.
Petar Krastev main fields of experience include brokerage, financial advisory for Balkans corporates, corporate support in dealing with their funding requirements, trading as a securities broker on the Bulgarian and Romanian Stock Exchanges, Warsaw Stock Exchange IPO Partner role. He has been involved in corporate advisory with NPP Belene HSBC-led EUR 7bn project. Rafail Dobrev has extensive experience in international trade with chemical products (base oils, LPG, liquid ammonia and chemical fertilizers). Prior to joining BAC in 2018, he worked as Commercial Director of CIF Inc., Sofia and Executive Director of Vector Capital AD, Sofia, where he advised international strategic and portfolio investors in the sectors of chemical industry, wood processing, commercial real estate, hospitality and agriculture.
